The wine was cold fermented with neutral yeast to retain fresh fruit aromas and enhanced with a touch of French Oak. It is 100% non-malolactic to maintain natural fruit acidity.
Winemaking Notes
This delicious Chardonnay has tangerine, apricot and melon flavors, with a touch of tropical fruit. It has a smooth, crisp finish and a medium body. It's a real beaut with seafood, chicken, veal, pork or light pastas.
