Winemaking

The wine was enhanced with a touch of American Oak and 10% Cabernet Franc to improve structure and complexity.

Winemaker Notes

This excellent Cabernet Sauvignon has a generous blackcurrant flavor, combined with subtle oak characters and a soft finish. It's ripper with roasted and grilled meats, hamburgers and hearty pastas.
